Smart Parents: Home-Based Learning and Teaching (Weekdays)

In this course, parents and guardians will learn how to be effective learning facilitators while their learners remain home-bound throughout this public health crisis when schools remain closed. 

The course consists of six sessions, with each session running for two hours. By the end of the course, the participants will: 

• Understand the fundamentals of the K-12 curriculum 
• Learn how to conduct assessments, remediations, and interventions
• Know the basics of finding and mapping educational resources 
• Comprehensively assess their children's learning journey and needs 

Weekday Schedule: Twice a week during weekdays from 2PM to 4PM, starting the week of June 16.
